No contract, no membership, no commitment. You call, we come out, and you know what the visit costs before we get in the truck.
Send photos or a short video with it — it's the fastest way to get the right part on the truck.
We publish it because you should be able to decide whether to call us without having to ask what calling us costs. The call-out is flat, it includes the travel, and it includes the first two hours on site. If the job runs longer than that, the hourly picks up from there.
Evenings, weekends and emergency call-outs are billed at separate rates. We'll tell you what they are when you get in touch, before anything's booked.
Billed in half-hour increments. If the job wraps inside the first two hours, there's nothing further to pay on labour.
Itemized on the invoice, so you can see what went into the machine and what it cost. Nothing goes in without telling you first.
Straightforward: a technician who knows the equipment shows up, works out what's wrong, and fixes what can be fixed on the spot.
Getting to you is part of the flat rate, not a line on the bottom of the invoice.
Enough time to properly diagnose and, on most jobs, finish the repair in the same visit.
You get told what's actually wrong, what it'll take to fix, and what it's going to cost before we do it.
Parts and labour broken out, so you can see exactly what you paid for.
It doesn't have to be broken. Ask us to come out and inspect a machine or run a preventative maintenance service and we'll happily do it, at the same rates.
Tennant, Smartech, Pioneer Eclipse and beyond. We work on the machine you own, not just the ones we sell.
If the repair is going to run long and you can't be without a machine, we can put one in its place at our service rental rate.
We run our service work by email on purpose, for two reasons. First, you can send us photos and video — and a clip of the machine actually doing the thing tells us far more than a description passed along from whoever was on site that morning. Second, it means our rates, our estimate and your approval are all in writing. That protects both of us: nobody's working from what they think was agreed on a phone call.
Send the machine and what it's doing to service@3csolutions.ca, with photos or a short video of the fault. That's often the difference between us arriving with the right part and having to come back for it.
You get your zone, the call-out rate and what we expect the work to involve — in writing, before anyone's dispatched. You approve it, we schedule it.
A tech who knows the equipment diagnoses it and repairs what can be repaired on site. If a part has to come in, you'll know that day.
On-Call does exactly one job, and does it well: something's broken, and you need someone who can fix it. What it doesn't do is stop things from breaking in the first place — nothing gets greased, nothing gets checked, nobody's watching the machine between failures. If you're calling us three or four times a year, that's usually the moment ProCare starts making more sense than another call-out.
You've got maintenance handled in-house, your machines are in good shape, and what you want from us is somewhere reliable to send it when something goes wrong.
You're calling more than you'd like, you'd rather the upkeep just happened, or you want the equipment cost to be a number you can budget instead of a number you find out.
Plenty of good operators only ever want On-Call, and that's a perfectly sensible way to work with us.
You've got someone in-house who handles the routine work. You need us for the jobs that go past what they can do.
One or two machines, still in good condition. A scheduled plan may not earn its keep yet — but knowing who to send it to absolutely does.
Start with one repair. See how we show up, how we explain things, and how the invoice reads. Then decide if you want more of it.
Email service@3csolutions.ca with the machine, what it's doing, and a few photos or a short video of the fault. We'll come back with your zone and the rate, and get someone out to you.
