ProCare

You've got the equipment. We handle the rest.

ProCare is scheduled maintenance that keeps your machines working, looking sharp, and easy to budget. A yearly parts allowance included, backed by our guarantees, and a loaner if you ever need one. All for one predictable monthly cost.

Built for operators who own their machines.

Predictable
One monthly cost you can budget.
A flat, predictable number for the maintenance side instead of a pile of unpredictable repair bills. You know what your equipment maintenance costs you month to month.
Covered
Scheduled PM visits and priority response.
We come on a schedule to keep the machine healthy, and when something does need attention, ProCare customers go to the front of the line.
Never stranded
A loaner if a repair runs long.
If we can't get your machine fixed in a reasonable time, whether it's sitting at your site waiting on parts or back at our shop, we can put a loaner in its place so you keep cleaning. You cover one transfer, from $200; the machine's on us.
What it is

Kept healthy without you chasing it.

ProCare is for operators who own their machines and want to stop thinking about them. You keep the equipment on your books; we take over keeping it maintained, looking good, and easy to budget.

That means scheduled preventative maintenance that actually happens, priority response when something comes up, and one predictable cost you can budget against. No more juggling repair calls, hunting parts, or finding out a machine's been limping for a month. We get inside the equipment on a schedule, catch the small things before they become big ones, and keep your fleet doing its job — so you can get back to running the operation.

What's covered

Everything that keeps the machine running.

Here's what ProCare covers, every month.

Four scheduled PM visits a year

Once a quarter we service the whole machine — blades, hoses, batteries, brushes, filters, the lot. Maintenance happens because it's on the calendar, not because something broke. Machines that work harder can go on a heavier schedule; we'll tell you if yours needs one.

Up to $900 in parts, year one

We include up to $900 in parts in your first year, more than the years that follow, because bringing a machine up to standard costs more than keeping it there. After that it's up to $650 a year, every year, and you can put it toward whatever parts the machine needs. And because we're already on-site for your scheduled PM, we'll change what needs changing right then, instead of you booking and paying for a separate service call. It’s an annual allowance, so it starts fresh every year.

ProCare covers scheduled maintenance and a yearly parts allowance. Repairs beyond that are quoted and billed at your member rate, and we'll fold them into a visit we're already making where we can.

Priority response

ProCare customers go to the front of the line. We hold ourselves to a 48-hour response window, business days, so a breakdown doesn't stretch into days of failed cleans.

A loaner if a repair runs long

If we can't get you fixed up in a reasonable time and you need to keep running, we can put a loaner in its place. The loaner's on us; you just cover one transfer, $200 in Zone 1 or $300 in Zone 2, and we cover the pickup.

Eyes on your whole fleet

Same techs, same machines, visit after visit. We track the history of every unit and keep those records for you, so you always know what each machine is costing you and when it's due for attention.

Per machine, pooled across your fleet

ProCare covers a machine, not a site — each unit on the plan has its own monthly and its own parts allowance. If you run five machines with us, that’s five allowances, and you can spend them wherever the fleet needs them. Put the whole pool into one transaxle if that’s what’s broken.

Predictable monthly cost

One number you can budget for the maintenance side. If something does break and needs a repair outside the plan, you'll see a separate invoice for that visit, but at your ProCare rate, which is cheaper than calling it in cold.

Why operators choose it

What you actually get out of it.

The value isn't just a maintained machine. It's a predictable budget, less downtime, and a stronger standing with the clients you clean for.

Predictable budget

You budget one number, and that's it.

Most repair work is a guessing game: you never know if this month brings a $200 part or a $3,000 motor. ProCare turns the maintenance side into a flat line on your books. You know what your equipment maintenance costs you month to month. Big outside-scope damage can still happen — but the day-to-day upkeep stops being a surprise.

There's a one-time buy-in to get started — $1,500 for a standard walk-behind. That covers the work of taking your machine on: the first full service, up to $900 in parts to help bring it up to standard, and getting its history on file. After that it's the monthly, month to month, with no term and no annual re-buy. Both numbers scale with the machine. A standard walk-behind is most of what we look after; smaller machines are less, ride-ons are more.

"It lets me just budget it. I know it's $159 a month for the upkeep, it gets maintained on a schedule, and I know what's going on with my machines. If something big lets go unexpectedly, I save on those repairs I'd have to make anyway. But the day-to-day upkeep, and my equipment's condition, isn't a mystery anymore."

~$159/mo

Less downtime

A machine down doesn't have to stop you.

One machine down can mean a failed clean, a manager complaint, and a hit to your reputation. If we can't get you fixed in a reasonable time and you need to keep running, we can put a loaner in its place. The loaner's on us; you just cover one transfer, from $200.

For operators running multiple sites, that's the difference between a machine problem and a contract problem. We help keep it a machine problem.

Machine down? Here's another one.

If the repair runs long, a loaner keeps you cleaning while we sort yours out — so a slow part doesn't leave you stuck.

Reputation & growth

Reliable equipment is how you win the next contract.

One big retailer we know keeps a scoreboard. Every clean that doesn't get done properly gets a mark next to the contractor's name — and all the cleaning companies sit side by side on that board. When new contracts get handed out, they go to the company with the fewest marks.

That's a big reason we built this. Reliable equipment means fewer failed cleans, fewer marks, and a stronger case for the next contract. You win more work, you run more machines — and that's good for both of us.

Your reputation is the asset. We protect it.
Proactive, not reactive

We catch it before it dies.

When's the last time you greased the casters on your 5680, or cleaned the commutator on your vac motor? We're guessing it's been a while, and that's fine — you're running a business, not turning wrenches. That's our job. Do those things on a schedule and parts last longer and fail less often.

Our techs spend their lives around these machines. A lot of the time they can hear a motor starting to go before it ever fails — and the question becomes simple: why wait a month for it to die mid-shift when we can fix it now, on a scheduled visit, for less hassle and less cost?

That's the real difference between calling someone when it breaks and having a partner who keeps it maintained so it breaks down far less. Scheduled visits aren't busywork — they're how a lot of the failures you'd otherwise have simply never happen. You can even pre-authorize us to replace wear items up to a set value right on the PM (with proof they needed it), so a worn part gets handled on the spot instead of becoming a separate service call down the road.

Small fix now > big failure later.

A failing part caught on a scheduled visit is a quick swap. The same part caught mid-shift is a breakdown, a lost clean, and an emergency call. We aim for the first one, every time.

What your client sees

On site, our techs make you the hero.

When our technician shows up at one of your sites and someone asks who they are, the answer puts you front and centre: "We're with your cleaning company, here doing the preventative maintenance on the equipment to keep issues down." You look proactive and on top of it, because you are.

We're there to make sure the equipment side of your reputation takes care of itself.

How it compares

Three ways to handle your equipment.

It comes down to how much of the equipment side you want to carry. On-Call is reactive — you call when something breaks. It's what most operators are used to. ProCare keeps it maintained, looking good, and budgetable, and you still own the machines. Subscription hands the whole equipment layer to us — we own it, you just keep cleaning.

Who it's best for

Built for operators who own their machines.

If you've invested in your machines and you're running them hard, ProCare protects that investment without making you manage it. It's the right fit when the equipment matters to the business but isn't what you want to spend your week thinking about.

01

Multi-site cleaning contractors

When one machine down means one site dark, scheduled PM keeps every contract running, and a loaner's there if a repair runs long, so your scorecard stays clean.

02

Facility & property teams

You own the equipment and need it dependable, but you don't want an in-house maintenance program. We become that program, on a flat budget.

03

Operators who want a predictable equipment cost

If you've been burned by a four-figure repair landing out of nowhere, this turns equipment from a wildcard into a predictable line you control.
